At KK Shawls, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return it within 15 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Returns or exchanges are only applicable for unworn and undamaged shawls.
  2. Process:

    • Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided.
  3. Refunds & Exchanges:

    • Refunds will be processed to the customer bank account within 7 business days of receiving the item.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  4. Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
